예매율은 90% 가까이 되는데요, 이번 주말 얼마나 많은 관객을 불러 모을지 관심이 쏠립니다.
컬리어스 관계자는 “금리 인상으로 상업용 부동산 시장이 많이 위축되면서 최근 매매계약이 체결됐거나 진행 중인 사례가 드물다”면서 “컬리어스뿐만 아니라 다른 자문사들도 비슷한 상황일 것”이라고 했다.
사무실 중앙에는 통유리가 설치돼 전반적인 서울의 모습을 한 눈에 볼 수 있고, 직원들이 식사를 하는 캔틴(구내매점)에는 뷔페식부터 간편식까지 다양한 음식들이 구비돼 있다.
이에 대해 넷플릭스 관계자는 데일리임팩트에 "예전에는 해외작품 위주의 이름을 회의실 이름으로 지었다"라며 "하지만 한국 콘텐츠가 전 세계적으로 흥행하면서 한국 콘텐츠의 이름을 회의실 명으로 꾸밀수 있게 됐다"고 설명했다.
종로 시사룸의 경우 아담한 공간으로, 홈엔터테인먼트라는 넷플릭스의 정체성에 맞게 넷플릭스 콘텐츠를 가장 잘 시청할 수 있도록 구현해 낸 공간이다. 실제로 일반 가정집 작은 방 수준의 크기로 만들어졌다.반면, '서울' 시사룸의 경우 상대적으로 크게 구성 돼 있고 4K LED 프로젝터와 돌비 애트모스 사운드가 구현돼 있는 방이다. 일반적으로 아무에게나 공개되지 않는 공간이다.
그리고 개봉 첫날, 36만 명의 관객을 불러 모았습니다.
고현주 넷플릭스 홍보 담당은 "셋이 비슷한 시기에 조인 했는데, 당시에는 푸릇푸릇했지만 요즘은 매일 열심히 여러분들에게 기쁨과 감동을 선사하기 위해 굉장히 피곤한 얼굴로 바뀌었다"라며 "올해 굉장히 볼거리를 많이 제공했고 예능이든 영화 등 빼곡하게 볼거리를 갖췄으니, 많은 관심 부탁드린다"고 말했다.넷플릭스는 16일 언론을 대상으로 서울 공평동 센트로폴리스에 위치한 한국 지사 사무실을 개방, 콘텐츠 태동 현장을 소개했다. 2019년 여름 국내 진출을 본격화한 넷플릭스는 관계자들과 주로 외부에서 소통했다. 하지만 엔데믹 시대를 맞으며 빗장을 풀고 국내 제작사·관계사와 내부 교류를 확대키로 했다. 이날 진행한 오피스 투어도 이같은 취지로 연 행사다.사무실은 넷플릭스 콘텐츠로 가득했다. 오피스에 들어서자마자 커다란 디스플레이 패널이 눈에 띄었다. 화면에는 ‘마틸다’, ‘글래스 어니언’ 등 공개를 앞둔 주요 작품의 티저 영상이 쉴 새 없이 재생됐다. 성탄절을 맞아 설치한 산타 모형엔 ‘오징어 게임’을 연상시키는 초록색 산타옷을 입혔다. 탕비실 중앙엔 ‘오징어 게임’ 속 영희를 형상화한 구조물이 기자들을 반겼다. 회의실엔 ‘오징어 게임’, ‘킹덤’, ‘옥자’, ‘범인은 바로 너’ 등 국내 오리지널 작품 이름을 붙였다. 넷플릭스 관계자는 쿠키뉴스에 “초창기엔 해외 작품 이름으로 회의실을 명명했으나, 국내 오리지널 시리즈가 성과를 내며 변화를 줬다”면서 “‘오징어 게임’ 외에도 여러 오리지널 콘텐츠를 회사 곳곳에서 볼 수 있다”고 설명했다. 지난해 ‘오징어 게임’으로 잭팟을 터뜨린 넷플릭스는 올해도 확장세를 이어갔다. 직접매출은 둔화했으나 지난 1월 공개한 오리지널 시리즈 ‘지금 우리 학교는’이 전 세계 누적 시청 시간이 5억6078만 시간을 기록해 비영어권 TV 콘텐츠 부문 역대 4위에 이름을 올리는 성과를 냈다. ‘오징어 게임’은 한국 콘텐츠 최초로 제74회 프라임타임 에미상에서 6개 부문을 수상하는 쾌거를 올렸다. 지난 13일 첫 공개한 오리지널 예능 ‘솔로지옥2’는 공개 이틀 만에 15개국 넷플릭스 톱10 순위권에 들며 저력을 보였다(플릭스 패트롤 16일 집계 기준).
마이크로소프트의 '팀즈'나 '노션', '줌' 등의 비즈니스 플랫폼으로 소규모 미팅이나 화상 회의, 협업과 분업 등이 활발히 이뤄지는 만큼 공간도 이를 수용하는 방향으로 바뀔 것으로 예상된다. 이지수 알스퀘어디자인 설계본부장은 "기존 빌딩을 이런 공간으로 전환하긴 쉽지 않다"면서도 "출퇴근이나 업무 방식 변화에 따라 스마트 오피스로의 변화는 계속될 것"이라고 내다봤다.감염병 대유행에 따른 업무환경 변화로 사무실은 생산성과 효율성을 극대화할 수 있는 자원이 된다. 오프라인 근무의 존재 이유이기 때문이다. 사무실이 소란스럽거나 번잡하면 업무 효율성은 급격히 떨어진다. 이 때문에 화상 회의실이나 전화 부스 등을 갖추는 사무실이 많아진다. 실용성은 결코 유행을 타지 않는다.
가족친화인증 제도는 자녀출산과 양육지원, 유연근무제도, 가족친화직장문화 조성 등을 모범적으로 운영하는 기업에 여성가족부가 심사를 통해 인증을 부여하는 제도다.오피이어 "이를 위해 비대면으로도 업무에 유연하게 대응할 수 있는 시스템이 잘 구축돼 있다"며 "글로벌 오피스 소프트웨어 '폴라리스 오피스'를 중심으로 협업툴 사업 또한 확대해 나갈 것"이라고 덧붙였다.영화 '올빼미'가 21일 연속 박스오피스 1위를 기록하며 2022년 개봉 영화 중 최장 기록을 세웠다.

부동산 컨설팅기업 쿠시먼앤드웨이크필드는 12일 기자간담회를 열고 이 같은 전망을 내놨다. 정진우 쿠시먼앤드웨이크필드 리서치팀장은 "내년 고물가·고금리·고환율로 국내 기업의 확장세는 주춤하겠지만 오피스는 수요에 비해 공급이 부족해 명목 임대료가 오를 것"이라고 전망했다.
넷플릭스가 올해 공개한 한국 오리지널 콘텐츠는 △드라마 시리즈 12개 △영화 5개 △예능 4개 등 총 21개 작품이다. 이중 1월 28일 출시된 ‘지금 우리 학교는’ 드라마는 공개 직후 28일 기준으로 비영어권 TV 부문에서 역대 누적 시청 시간 4위(5억6078시간)를 기록했으며, 93개 나라에서 ‘Top 10’안에 선정됐다.
배우 유해진이 세자의 죽음 후 광기에 눈먼 왕 ‘인조’ 역을 맡았고, 류준열은 진실에 눈 뜬 맹인 침술사 ‘경수’로 분했다. 그 외 최무성, 조성하, 박명훈, 김성철, 안은진, 조윤서 등이 출연했다.전작 '아바타' 이후 13년 만에 찾아온 '아바타: 물의 길'이 그제(14일) 전 세계 최초로 국내에서 개봉했습니다.
이성규 넷플릭스 프로덕션 총괄 디렉터는 "4K 엘이디 프로젝터 등은 상당히 앞선 기술이고 음향도 굉장히 좋은 시설로 구비 돼 있다. 그리고 이 방을 매일 상시로 쓰는 것은 아니다"라며 "넷플릭스는 스토리 발굴, 제작, 배급 등을 위해 국내 창작자들 일하는데, 더빙·자막·등을 감독, 내부 기술팀, 직원들과 같이 최종적 체크를 하기 위해 이 방을 활용한다"고 설명하기도 했다.
사무용 가구도 이에 맞춰 변화 중이다. 업무 방식과 조직 구성에 따라 가구 배치나 용도를 자유롭게 바꿀 수 있는 제품이 선호된다. 모듈식 가구가 대표적이다. 모듈형 가구로 유명한 스위스 업체 'USM'은 오피스 라인을 따로 운영한다. 스위스의 '비트라' 역시 모듈형 가구를 선보이며 직원들의 변화된 니즈를 반영하고 있다.
전 세계 190개 국가에 2억2300만 유료 구독 가구를 보유하고 있는 글로벌 OTT(온라인동영상서비스) ‘넷플릭스’가 2022년 한 해 성과를 되짚어봤다. 올해 초 공개한 ‘지금 우리 학교는’을 시작으로 연말 기대작 ‘더 글로리’까지 총 21개의 라인업을 중심으로 콘텐츠를 강화하고, 고객 데이터에 따른 ‘맞춤형 포스터’와 시청각 장애인을 위한 ‘배리어 프리’ 기능을 통해 가입자를 확대했다는 설명이다. 또한 넷플릭스는 최근 ‘망 사용료’ 논란과 제작자와의 수익 분배 논란을 의식해 한국 창작자와의 상생 프로그램도 강조했다.
그밖에 스타로드자산운용이 공동투자자 안젤로고든과 함께 매입한 서울 강남대로 363강남타워(옛 덕흥빌딩)도 지난 10월경 매각을 철회했다. 지알이파트너스자산운용이 보유한 명동 화이자타워도 매물로 나왔지만 매도자가 원하는 가격으로 입찰에 참여한 업체가 없어 매각이 불발됐다.
이미 다수의 기업이 이런 형태의 공간 구성을 선보이고 있다. 삼성전자의 거점오피스 '딜라이트'는 사내에 몰입 공간을 따로 만들었다. 1인 독서실 형태의 몰입 좌석, 전화 부스 등이다. SK텔레콤의 거점 오피스 '스피어'는 비대면 회의를 위한 독립 1인 회의 공간 '스피어 팟'을 마련했다. 카카오 신사옥 판교 아지트는 총 350여개의 회의 공간을 갖췄다.
